About this Program

The Hollywood Climate Summit is an annual conference that creates a community space for thousands of cross-sector entertainment and media professionals to take action on climate. We gather filmmakers, executives, artists, activists, climate organizations, scientists, and other experts for interactive action-oriented programming and networking opportunities.

To date, the summit has grown into an international platform to pass the mic to frontline activists, pilot workshops and think tanks, unveil important research,
and create direct support systems for climate stories to go mainstream.

While we activate in-person in in Los Angeles, we are an international conference with hybrid workshops, a global livestream, and offer a virtual networking experience.

“This is (literally) the most diverse event we’ve seen throughout our entire time in Los Angeles.”

-Richa Moorjani & Poorna Jagannathan
“This organization (Hollywood Climate Summit) has been more attuned to disability being a part of the conversation than most larger organizations with bigger budgets who usually tell us, 'we’re putting this together at the last minute...that’s a really interesting thought...we’ll do that next year.' And so what this is proving to me, is that it’s possible for media and media related events to be built in a truly diverse, inclusive way."
